Do I need prior coding experience?
The course provides a development environment that you can use with your favorite AI plugin for vibe coding. This means that even those who wouldn't previously have considered themselves coders could participate if they have the will to learn. We provide templates and step-by-step guidance to help you succeed regardless of your current coding level.
What tools will I need?
You'll need a GitHub account, an AWS account, a payment provider account (e.g., Stripe/Paddle), and a Gmail app password. We'll guide you through setting up all these tools during the course. The DevOpser platform will provide the infrastructure and development environment you need to build your AI application.
How long do I have access to the course?
You'll have lifetime access to all course videos and materials (including any documents shared). However, access to the DevOpser platform is limited to 1 month (the duration of the course). If you want to continue hosting your app on DevOpser after the course ends, you will need to register for the platform through the AWS Marketplace. Your application code is always yours to take with you.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
You can get a refund if you have not had your AI app up for longer than 3 days. You must destroy your development environment and your site within 3 days and write to info@devopser.io to get a refund. After this period, no refunds will be available due to the limited cohort size and exclusive nature of the course materials.
What kind of AI application can I build?
You can build virtually any type of AI wrapper application that leverages large language models through AWS Bedrock. Examples include specialized chatbots, content generators, research assistants, code generators, or industry-specific AI tools. The course provides a flexible framework that you can customize to your specific use case or business idea.
How much time should I commit each week?
We recommend dedicating 10-20 hours per week to get the most out of the course. This includes attending live sessions, working on your project, and participating in office hours. The course is designed to be flexible, so you can adjust your schedule as needed, but consistent engagement will lead to the best results.
Will I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, upon successful completion of the course and launching your AI application, you will receive a verified completion certificate from DevOpser. This certificate can be added to your LinkedIn profile and professional portfolio to showcase your new skills in AI application development and secure deployment.
How does employer reimbursement work?
Many employers offer educational stipends or professional development budgets that can cover the cost of this course. We provide all the documentation you need to submit for reimbursement, including detailed invoices and course descriptions. Are there any other fees associated with this course?
Yes - any fees you incur for AWS Bedrock or in your own AWS account are your sole responsibility and DevOpser cannot reimburse you for any of these costs.
