What is marketaiguide?

marketaiguide publishes buyer’s guides to software for people building and running AI and SaaS products. Each guide defines what belongs in the category, explains how the entries were judged, and ranks the tools, with a “best for” line, their strengths and where each one falls short.

There is no algorithm, scoring model or public vote. Claims are checked against the vendor’s own homepage, pricing page or documentation, and each tool also gets an automated security-headers grade for its website. Anyone can suggest a tool, but an editor decides, and being a customer or asking nicely does not change a position.

The site is run by DevOpser LLC, and it says so. DevOpser appears in three of the guides, marked “our tool” and written up to the same standard, limitations included. It ranks fifth, sixth and eighth, not first. The site itself is built on the open-source DevOpser template with its Claude skills.

How marketaiguide works

  1. Define the category

Each guide states what counts as being in it.

  2. Check every claim

Facts come from each vendor’s own site, pricing and documentation.

  3. Rank by hand

Editors rank the tools and write what each is good at and where it falls short.

  4. Disclose conflicts

Where DevOpser appears, it is labelled “our tool” and judged by the same standard.

marketaiguide questions, answered

How does marketaiguide rank tools?

By hand. There is no algorithm, scoring model or public vote. Each guide explains its criteria, and every entry names what the tool is good at, who should pick it and where it falls short.

Do vendors pay to be listed?

No. Nobody pays to appear or for a better position, and there are no affiliate links.

Is marketaiguide independent?

No, and it says so. It is run by DevOpser LLC. DevOpser appears in three guides, marked “our tool”, and currently ranks fifth, sixth and eighth.

Can I suggest a tool?

Yes. Anyone with an account can suggest one. An editor reviews every suggestion, and most do not make it in.

What if a guide gets a fact wrong?

Email hello@devopser.io and it will be corrected, including when vendors write about their own product.
