DevOpser Launches Agents Template

Authors and Experts Can Offer Curated Subscription AI Agents Based on Their Own Work

HARISH, Israel, September 23, 2026 – DevOpser today launched the Agents template, an application template that lets authors, subject matter experts and founders launch a subscription AI agent based on their own intellectual property. The Agents template runs on the DevOpser Secure AI App Hosting and Development Platform on AWS. It includes the pieces needed to run and charge for an AI agent, so a builder can go from idea to a live agent in days instead of months.

Built for experts whose work is their product

A nonfiction author, for example, could use the Agents template to build an AI agent based on the method in their book. The agent performs workflows and answers questions using the author's own model, retrieved at the moment each question is asked, rather than relying on what a general-purpose model happens to know about the book. Readers pay the author directly through a subscription.

"Right now, when a reader asks an AI tool about an author's ideas, they get whatever the model absorbed, which is often a flattened or inaccurate version of the work," said Liat Hoffman, Founder of DevOpser. "Authors should be able to offer the real thing. With the Agents template, the answers come from the author's own material, the author decides what the agent covers, and readers support the author directly."

Live demo: the DevOpser Agents app

DevOpser built its own product on the Agents template. The DevOpser Agents app, live at agents.devopser.io, provides AI distribution experts for solo founders. Its first agent is an SEO Content Strategist that audits competitors, identifies content gaps and drafts optimized pages for the founder to review.

The Agents template is available now on app.devopser.io. The DevOpser platform is sold through AWS Marketplace, so AWS customers can buy it using their existing AWS billing. The Agents template extends DevOpser's open source template and was developed with support from the AWS Partner Network (APN) Innovation Sandbox program.
